how to respond when driving and has trouble with speech?

what must a driver who is not able to speak do when someone from the back suddenly begin asking him a barrage of questions most of which are complex enough to leave the driver speechless? should he say, i cant answer you i'm driving? how to deal with such scenario?

One must tell him that the traffic is too much and he is distracting him.I would say one should give short answers while driving.And as soon as we reach destination, it is imperative that the driver take aside the questioner and tell him the consequences of distracting him while he is driving in heavy traffic.It is better the answer be on the line of disastrous consequences which might befall both the driver and passenger in case the driver is distracted.
