Last week i noticed pain in the bottom right side of belly, so i decided to not wait and go to see doctor. Doctor touched and looked at the painful spots, but said that it is not appendicitis since if it would be then i would already scream form pain when she touched it. She sent me to hospital to make Endoscopy. Results was almost great - my stomach looks good. Today i visited doctor again and still she said i have just abdominal muscle injury or something like that. I forced her to send me to the hospital again to make sonoscopy - maybe it will show what makes me feel that pain. But if it is appendicitis? What if my doctor are not correct? I heard that it can kill human if not treated fast after sore rupture.

If the endoscopy showed no inflammation of the appendix, then you don't have appendicitis. Trust your doctor and the hospital.

Ok, but appendicitis can be acute and chronic.

Acute appendicitis is when the appendix either has burst or is likely to. Both require emergency treatment and there is no way that your doctor or the hospital would be likely to misdiagnose. Chronic appendicitis would almost certainly be confirmed by an endoscopy. There would be no mistaking the inflammation around the opening to the appendix. Why worry about things which are very unlikely to be a correct diagnosis? You can always ask to have your appendix removed, regardless of whether you have appendicitis or not. It is a useless organ and you won't miss it. Will having it removed cure your abdominal pain, however?

Actually new scientific research confirmed that appendicitis producing some sort of good bacteria for intestine. I read once about it, but cannot confirm it 100%. As for my appendicitis - it is still painful. Today i made decision to go to hospital and make complete blood count. They will send results to my e-mail today and i cant wait for them already!
