We are returning to soviet system here

Tomorrow there will be audit of ISO 9001 system at my workplace. But there is something i cant understand - why actually we need it. We have our own system how we work and it works pretty fine. I understand that ISO9001 can improve something here, but still it look for us like copy-paste from work quality system used in soviet times.

It has something to do with globalization. Its also your customers' requirements so you have to be certified if you want to keep them.

Yeah. You are correct! I hate it because everybody must understand that it is again new fake way to create workplaces for some people. Why people don't invest money in some production stuff, but in such time and energy wasting industry? Because they are interested in making money too easy - just by talking, writing some papers etc. :(

In my opinion, it will just help you and your people produce high quality products that are internationally competitive since ISO stands for International Standardization Organization.

Just answer me please why we must pay money for stuff that we already use, have in our job planning here? I don't get it. :|
