moving out of my old dormitory

At last, I moved out of the dormitory I had been living in for two years. It's such a relief because it's like hell there, or at least the landlady, her husband, her kid and her granddaughter all give you hell. Like I said, I'd been living there for two years and 11 months. Another year and I would've gone crazy. I remember that during my first weeks there, I already wanted to find a new dormitory because of the landlady. It wasn't because she was saying something, but it's just the way she looks at you. It's like she's thinking about something malicious or something like that. Also, she never knocks when she's about to enter your room. Talk about rude. I even heard from my dormates that sometimes she goes over inspecting other people's cabinets without asking for permission. Several months of stay there would make you anxious every time you pass by the door and see her. Later on, I learned that almost everyone in the dormitory hates the family. It was actually funny because at first I thought that her husband would neutralize her because he seemed nice, but later I learned that he was even more into gossip and "chismoso" than his wife was. UGH. If there's one thing I hate, it would be guys like him. To make things worse, my roomate even told me that he said something behind my back, which by the way also infuriated her. Then there's their son, well, he's not that bad actually. Except for the fact that he's committing adultery and tries to wash his hands clean in front of his family, his wife and his wife's family. It irritates me a lot because he's not even making enough for his family and he still has the nerve to do that. It's his parents that support his children. Gaaah. There was even a time when I thought that the EXPANDING family was the reason why the dorm fee kept increasing. Also, the laptop rates are crazy high. Imagine that you have to pay 500 php for a laptop for the whole month. WOW. It also doesn't help that the entire family (except the son) has no job and just lies around the whole day in their house, gossiping. To top it all off, they even brag about the branded things that they buy. I just laughed my head off when a dormate once told me that what they bought were fake. Anyway, I'm just ranting out for the last time. I'm glad I'll be transferring to a new dormitory, which by the way I have not yet found. Please tell me if you know a good dormitory in E. Rodriguez near St. Lukes. I'll be studying medicine there. PS. If you're wondering why I stayed in my old dormitory, it's because it was really close to my school and the mall. So it was very accessible. Also, floods didn't affect the street of that dorm.

My previous dormitory when I was also studying medical education was kinda like that dormitory you used to have. Its also accessible to the mall and he school and its not affected by flood if it rains heavily.

how about your landlady? Did you experience the same problems with her? haha.. If you are, maybe we're talking about the same landlady. Haha!
