new site does it pay shortask

I have been working on this site and stopped because I didnt receive payment. There is a message about certain countries and how they can't be paid via paypal on the homepage, so check that out. I thought it looked pretty legit as well. They spent a lot of time and money trying to make it look that way. You should get some background info on other sites you try before you invest your time as I learned that out the hard way!
