Yesterday was Good Friday for us Catholics. And just like others, we closed our store and stayed all day at home. It was a very nice day and so relaxing too. We also got the chance to bond with our kids. We don't usually do this since we're busy minding our small business that's why times like that was really worth cherishing...

Yes, those two days were bonding times for the family. My husband and i (our daughter was still in a far away city) got to bond a lot. My husband cleaned the stockroom while i cooked our lunch. After lunch, we watched DVDs. At 3pm, i have to go outside of our bedroom and stayed by the window and prayed and meditated. Black Friday, we are just at home watching DVDs. Again at 3 pm until 5 , i did some praying and meditations while my husband sleeps. It was really a nice and restful vacation from work for us.

...And it makes me feel more blessed and secure because I have my whole family with me.

It's good to hear that. Our family too relaxed most of the day yesterday. It is really nice to be at home, relaxed and comfortable and have closer ties with each other. That is what we did yesterday.
