My family and i are in desparate need of assistance. My parent's house caught on fire last year, and they have not been able to recover. I'm asking any and everyone, whom is able, to please come to my family's aid " in the name of GOD". No amount is too small. It sounded like your family could not afford for a house. And shelter above all, is the most important thing in our life. I would really like to help out but I am too far away from New York though. Perhaps you guys can temporarily stay at friends or relatives' place until you guys earned some cash to rent a house. If buying a house is too hard for you, renting one should be fine. That should at least keep you going.

Have you contacted the welfare office for help for them? Are they eligible for Social Security? How about food stamps? Get clothes and other items at Goodwill or Thrift Stores. Did they take the loss on their taxes this year? If not, file an adjustment to their tax return of 2005. Contact your church, too for help.
