HBO and Showtime

In my younger days, I did not spend much time watching TV. I was always out and about. But I am now 66 years old and things change. I do not go out very much anymore. I am content to stay home and watch TV. And I have grown to love TV. I send many hours every week watching TV. I have digital cable TV with all the premium channels. HBO offers a lot of excellent programming. Treme has just begun their second season. Treme is one terrific series. Boardwalk Empire is another terrific series on HBO. I believe that they are supposed to be starting their second series soon. And then there was The Sopranos. Need I say more? HBO also offers some good movies. I love to stay home and watch a really good movie on TV. And I have seen some good ones on HBO. I loved The Tudors on Showtime. The Borgias has just begun and I am finding it a little slow when compared to Showtime but it has potential. Right now, Treme is my favorite. The acting is good and so is the story line. But whenever Boardwalk Empire begins again, Treme may be having some competition. Anyone else? What are your favorite TV programs? Do you spend a lot of time watching TV?
