what do you know about this site?

well when i logged on today i had a new message. one of my friends here sent me a link for a site called "forced gifting". i checked it out, but couldn't really tell if it was legit or not. I've tried a search for it and couldn't find any thing say it was a scam. so i was wondering if any one here on mylot knew any thing about this site.
