There is just way too much discussion on TV and even here on myLot about last night’s presidential announcement that I thought I should get in on it. In terms of discussion, at least.
It just seems like there is an overwhelming feeling of relief that I’m sure there have been high-five exchanges everywhere.
Question is, after last night, did you engage in any high fives? Have you ever known such a death which would elicit a feeling of relief and wanting for high-fives.
I know it is wrong to talk ill about somebody who’s already passed, but I think I’ll make an exception for this one. What do you think?

I didn't high five anyone. My sister told me to turn to a local channel, I heard the news and was numb. My first thought was , can the Armd Forces come home now? and Then I went back to watching another show.

I was actually probably one of the last people in America to find out that Osama had been killed. I will admit that I watched a little bit of television on Sunday night, but that was only for the hour between 8-9 when Amazing Race was on. After that was over I was onto the computer playing my games and posting on here and basically in my own little world. It was nearly 1 am when I heard the news and that was only when my mother-in-law called me and casually dropped the information in conversation.

Maybe Hitler and/or Stalin, other than that, I can't think of any that made people here so happy...
