Tuberculosis nowadays are very manageable and just a couple of drugs a daily for 6 months and it is even given for free by the government as long as you make sure that you take the drugs regularly you’re good to go.
So why is this still a grave problem of our fellow men from provinces and why can’t the government bridge the distance from this important medications to our poor suffering fellowmen?
It’s just sad that these people just gets weak thins out and drowns in their own lungs trying severely to catch their breath never gets one until there body just gives up and not even once having the chance of getting this very helpful medicine and essential care of a physician and sometimes not even by a nurse.

I agree. That's the problem with a big country because the government can't possibly oversee everything, especially provinces that are so far away. That's where the president or government depends on their state officials or whoever in charge, to report to them about happenings. IF those officials are corrupted or not doing their job, it's only natural for the people in provinces to suffer as nobody has been able to listen to their needs. While the one who has been listening, is ignoring their pleas.
