I have recently come across a site known as HitLink.com. I think it is a traffic exchange site. Would it help me in promoting my blog? Have you any idea, is free membership available there? What I have to do if I submit my blog for promotion?

What does that site do just to exchange traffic or any other thing. What you do you do to exchange traffic? I need to know because I am trying to get people to my blog and do not get any. This is the kind of site I need. I will certainly check it out.
