Pineapples are your intestine savers

Pineapples - It was given the name pineapple due to its resemblance to a pine cone. Pineapple can be consumed fresh, canned or juiced and can be used in a variety of ways especially in fruit cocktails.

Why eat Pineapples you might ask? As I've seen on TV products that help in digestion that they sell is chemical based or unnatural and I had been researching for something that is less artificial and easy to take in source of fiber for our colons. Then my mother told me that all you need is PINEAPPLES!!! I told my mom if it’s really true and she said it does help your intestine plus lowers your risk of heart disease. It's cheap, it's natural and so good to eat or drink as a juice, Love you Pineapple. I know its kind of hard to peel the skin of the Pineapple but were lucky that a lot of groceries are selling Pineapples that skinned and already cut and ready to eat. These are not from cans but freshly cut by the grocery attendants.

Yes, pineapples are good for digestion purpose. However it's not recommended to eat too much of it because of its acidity. I like pinapples because of their sourness. It's a kind of sour feeling that sends shivers down my spine when my tongue first touch it. I'm not into canned pinapples because it's too sweet together with the sugar syrup.
