How to put Widgets in our profile

Please help me how to put all those colorful widgets in our profile? If you can see my profile, it's blank... I don't have widgets glowing in there unlike some of you, wheww,
my rolls to see it. Im envious... Please help me. Thank you for your kind hearted.

First search for 'widgets' and find a site that has some that you like.
Then follow the instructions in the FAQs here:

Oh don't worry. I have been ages but I still can't fathom out how to create interests and I have to ask someone else to it for me every time

Now i have made the commitment to use my lot regularly i am going to do my profile page up it is rather neglected at the moment.The thing i want to put on it is the widget showing how many ps3 trophies and achievements i have.
