Man Utd 19th title

With its latest victory, Man Utd had now won the title 19 times. This make them the club with the most number of league title, surpassing Liverpool's long held record of 18. Liverpool was the dominant club in the 70s and 80s. Man Utd took over and ruled the 90s and 2000s. Each dominated for two decades. The question now is, will Man Utd go down the Liverpool way of having a drought after their period of domination?

Well yes the won the title for 19th time after drawing with Blackburn and its great achievement and in the process also passing liverpool record . I think there are chances that there can be droughts even for the best club when there is rebuilding face but i hope it won't be as long as the liverpool

@rising3: As long as Sir Alex Ferguson is at the helm, I don't think United will end a season without a trophy... Glory Glory Man United!

i don't think so. i predict Martin O'Neil taken over from Ferguson if Man U win the Champions league. but i do not believe they will. I take Barcelona to win. I do predict Liverpool will finish in the top 3 next year. in fact i am putting £20 on them to win the league next year.

@ajk11: Sorry my friend, but I couldn't agree with you...Why on earth Martin O'Neil will take over from Sir Alex Ferguson if United won the Champions League? I will bet £100 that if SAF wins European Cup he will continue until he no longer feel the burn to win more titles... Liverpool to finish in top 3? Plausible but not necessarily a must...With the wake of new teams like Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspurs, as well as tougher league season ahead, can they make it? Sorry to say, but I doubt it...Although there are squad strenghtening after Keeny Danglish took over, but to predict they will reach top three again? I bet another £100 you will not see it, my friend... The league are getting tougher, that's the ugly truth... Glory glory Man United!
