What is this "Add tag to this discussion"?

Hi friends, every time whenever i post a discussion or else whenever i respond to the discussions then after i will get that message or screen saying that " Add tag to this discussion or your discussion" i am really got tired by clicking or selecting "No". Is it default or do i need to do any kind of settings to not to get that screen. Please help me friends. Do you get this kind of screen after responding to the discussions?

if you can add a tag do add or else skip, yes all of us get this choice to tag or to skip. If i have a tag i tag or else i skip. you can do the same.
tags are to direct people using the search engines with the same key word to look for information related to the tag word.
