Can drums be tuned to specific notes

Drummers, when you tune the drums in your kit, do you go for specific notes? Or are you more looking for tone quality? If so, what notes do you tune each of your drums to?

From high to low pitch tone: 1/do (snare) - 5/sol (tom 1) - 3/mi (tom 2) - 1/do (floor) - 5/sol (bass)
