Lauren or Scotty?

who's your pick? Who do you think would win this season's American Idol? They are both country singers, but i think LAuren is more talented. her performance yesterdays was really good, especially the last song dedicated for all the mothers out there..

Though yahoo has announced who the winner is.
My favorite has always been lauren. I love her voice and the charm that she brings to the audience.
I also like scotty. I like how he performs effortless sometimes.
Can;t wait for the next season. I do hope that each of them will have great careers now that American Idol has come to an end.

Yeah, I haven't really watched it yet at the time i made this 
- the finale was great though, love the top 13 performances. I loved Lauren too, both of them are still so young and they have a big career ahead of them, and the otehr contestants too.

I like BOTH of them!!! 
However, I don't think Lauren is mature enough to handle being a star!!! I had told my friends the first night I heard him audition that Scotty was going to be the next Idol winner!!! Along the way, I thought some others might overtake him...not because they were that much better...but because I never dreamed the young viewers who makes up most of the voters would vote in a country singer!!! As we now know...SCOTTY WON!!!!

Even before they announced the finalist, I would have said Scotty as I honestly felt he deserved this from the very start. There is just something about the way he performs for the audience, etc. that just makes you know he is destined to be a Star. I cannot wait for his first CD and know he is going to be around for quite a while.

it would be beter if Lauren Alaina won- it's already on the news who the American Idol winner is though.. LAuren has a more powerful and beautiful voice than Scotty- even the judges approved of her more.

If I would choose from the both of them, I would say Lauren. She's my third favorite from this season. Scotty's very professional though. He seems to be a pro already when performing but Lauren has the vocal prowess. Both are talented, that's for sure!
