Ofcourse. chocolate affects fertility a little bit since it has caffine. Its better to avoid chocolate if you want to pregnant soon

i dont think you really have to stop yourself from eating chocolates for 9 months just because you are pregnant. chocolates with low amounts of caffeine wont harm you i believe.. a matchbox sized choc would do.. its best to check it with a book about diet and pregnancy in that way the pregnant woman would know how much chocolate she can eat..

I have never actually heard anything like this, I know that chocolate is very good for mood lifting as it helps to produce more endorphins. I don't think that chocolate contains caffeine, and I often look at on being greedy exist and it doesn't seem to be there unless I've looked mistakenly I don't think it affects fertility, however having too much chocolate will bring you at high risk of diabetes, and also dental cavities. So everything in moderation! And cut the caffeine!
