Mentally, phisically and emotionally drained.

If you've been following some of my cat rescue updates, you've seen me post that I've been working a lot lately.
I've been working for about 2 weeks straight with no days off and I'm totally drained. And you know what? We're not done yet.
Yesterday was the worst day, the client is being an extreme pain, and we're all tired of her.
She may be a business owner, but my boss is too. She says she's losing money on this job, well, excuse me! My boss is about to lose clients because this one wants all of our time and attention.
This is why we've been working so much.
In between her and trying to maintain our regular client schedule, and the rain, we've been working so bloody hard. I'm almost digging my own grave, I've had more than enough of this.
The rescued cat is being neglected, so are my own pets, simply because I'm not home to spend any time with them.
My dog last night, he was all over me. I wanted to go to bed, but he kept putting his paws on me, keeping me down where he was. I was gone about 16 hours yesterday, it's no wonder he was doing that.
You can't believe how emotionally drained I am. Yesterday, I was in so much pain, was so frustrated with the whole situation that I sat in my van and cried. I just can't handle this kind of stress, especially after working for 2 weeks straight.
To top it all off, a check that I got on May 16th bounced a week later, and now my bank account is overdrawn by over $200. My boss has to cover that, but it's the bank's fault, as they told her that the check would be fine.
She's aware of it as I just called her and told her about it, but this is just another thing I don't need to deal with since life is already so stressful.
Despite being so tired when I went to bed last night, I was still up at my usual time this morning. I'm not amused by that, especially since I'm still so tired. I want to go back to bed, but I have to go back to work again today.
And I probably have to work tomorrow as well, I have no idea when I'll ever have a day off to just relax. I just don't know.

I have worked some days like that, but probably not the physical part. It is very draining, even if it were to be "easy" non physical stuff. Does everyone else end up working the same exhausting shift? How can the boss even pay you for the amount of time you are spending. I guess we could pray for rain for you. That is all I can think of to help.

Well, finally some good news.
I have tomorrow off and then Monday afternoon off, so thankfully I have time to spend with the kitties.
Yes I said kitties. But that one is another post. Exciting news to be had.

June, July, August, September was like that for me. I was working sometimes 18 to 20 hours a day.. I didn't even go to bed.. I just napped for 30 minutes at a time by setting my timer and then getting back up to do my work. My job was at home.. but the stress was so bad I got where I couldn't talk.. I even went to the ER and was admitted for a few days because of it... had me on a blended diet because they didn't know what was paralyzing my tongue so I couldn't walk.. all the tests came back okay and it was all stress. I still have these episodes under stress. So I can relate, even though your dealing with many different types of stress. I can relate.
Oh.. your poor animals... I can understand how you feel. you want to give them the time they need but being so stressed out and tired.. I know.

You might need to call in sick one of these days or you will not be able to keep going. If this client is such a pain, perhaps they should tell her to shove off. There is no reason for you to be killing yourself over this! It sounds like this job is more trouble than it is worth. I hope that you can get it finished soon so that you can get back into a normal routine. Take care of yourself!!!

Wow sweetie seems like you have done so much and are so emotionally drained. I see that you have Sunday and Monday off, and hooray, do take the time to sit and do nothing if it means you can re-energize your self and take it easy.
