Should i kill it...?

yeah friend i'm going to kill someone who creates trouble a lot at my home especially at night that's why i have decide to do so. But before i kill it i just want to know your opinion whether i should do it or not.There is a mole who comes in my home at night daily and move here and there, do potty, jumps over the utensils and that makes sound and we get disturb while sleeping. In past i had killed one of it friend brutally
in front of it but this mole(friend of it) doesn't get any lesson from that incidence. I kept the cage also to catch it but it is so clever never go inside the cage. so friend what shall i do should i repeat the past incidence again or you have other technique to handle it?

I think u r mentioning about rat menace. This is there in almost every house in India. You can keep a catch that will kill instantly. There are some medicinal tablets also available for this. Try them .
