Computer Crash

Can anyone tell me the reason my computer could have crashed forcing me to do a system recovery and loose ALL my information for my business I was just starting??
That was 2 days ago! Today my OE and address book decided to crash on me!
Anyone having a worse day than me??

Hard to say could be lack of memory resources and have to many back ground programs running. It's alway good to check your msconfig and turn off the programs running in the background.
