Have anyone of you gone to this site -- http://www.justanswer.com ? It's a question and answer site much like YahooAnswers but you pay for your answers because, unlike the free question and answer sites out there, JustAnswer provides experts to answer your question. It could be any question you want, anything under the sun; you can even ask when the end of the world will be. I suggest you try this site out, especially if you're a kid who wants to submit a report due tomorrow or the next day. Just trying to inform the myLot community. As for my question, what do you think about the free question-and-answer sites out there? Have you tried asking on one of them? Are you satisfied with the results, especially knowing that it could just be some dude who just woke up and who happens to be online just the same time you were?

These sites give mainly wrong answers because they are computerised. mylot is the best lot. have a good day.

JustAnswer's answers aren't computerized. Their experts provide you with concrete answers just like asking a professional personally.

I had in mind chacha.com and weegy.com. I asked questions more than three times and they gave irrelevant answers.

I once encountered this site and I became dubious becuase it asks for payment for answers. I kinda have no qualms about that but I cannot verify is the answer that I am getting is really worth that I'm paying for. For all I know, these 'experts', can be scammers. For me, free question and answer sites are helpful to a certain extent. I once join one and I liked the experience. The only thing that I didn't like about it is that when I do ask, there is less quality than quantity. Some of other users are posting answers that are not really answer and it's a bit annoying. You expect other members to be helpful, not be insulting or posting nonsense to your question.

JustAnswer has a way on proving that their experts are really "experts", that's what I know. Yep, that's what you get for free, either not the answer you're looking for, or something you just wanna hear. Yeah, you'll get something you're looking for but that almost always doesn't happen.

I guess that site is quite similar to Weegy. I tried to sign up in Weegy but realized I really don't have the time to maintain many registered sites. I would just prefer myLot anytime. Haha! I never really tried using those kind of sites and I am curious also about the feedback of the people here regarding those. Since you are asking the opinion of others regarding those kind of sites, you can describe first your opinion on them too so that others like me who really haven't tried it will get an idea of the topic starter's idea. Thanks!

Okay then. I think free question-and-answer sites are great if you're asking for something for second opinion. That means you already have an idea of something and you just wanna make sure you're making the right decision. Although, if it's about seeking information of something you completely have on idea of, I'd say JustAnswer is the right place for you. By the way, your last few sentences are quite unclear. You mean to say you just base your opinions on other's? Just wanna be clear on this one.
