God is good even if we are expecting something better. For those who have been following what is going on, I have been having Chest pains on and off now since August of last yr. I have also experienced shortness of breathe from time to time when I do a lot of walking as well. The doctor I have been seeing finally took this serious, and even though everyone of the Doctors I see are starting to think this is also going along with the Fibromyalga I think I have, they finally just wanted to be sure. So they decided to run a Neuro Stress test of my heart just to see if they could find anything. Well they called me and had me panicked that they found something and I needed to see a Cardiologist, and it could be something serious. This was on Friday on the way to work, and I was panicking and scared. Text a lot of my close friends as well and friends from church, my Pastor etc. letting them know what was found and to be Praying. I knew at the same time God was in control and what would be would be. Well, Monday I seen the cardiologist. When he looked the results he was not really sure there was anything really there, but since I was having the pain, he figured I was not making this up either. But he thinks some of it could be also due to Fibromyalga but not 100% sure. He did feel a vein in my neck that felt a little odd, and he is wanting to do an Ultrasound on July 11th and then go from there. If he sees anything then, he is going to have to do an angioplasty of the artery in question if need be. I am not going to Panic and keep thinking positive and will be Praying and believing God for great things. Heart problems do run on my Mom's side of the family, as my Grandma died of a stroke, and my Mom of Heart problems. So when you have a minute Prayers are still appreciated and I will keep you updated on this as I can. Also have issues with my wound on my leg, and trying to get this all squared away so I can start seeing a Doctor at the Wound Care Center for this as well. ~~TINA~~

I am thinking of you. Heart problems run in my family, so I try to make sure I get plenty of cardio exercise now that I know there may be problems for me in the future.

Well, I am glad that someone is finally taking these Chest pains as something of interest instead of always thinking it could be something else. With all the Health problems I already am having to endure, and then the History of my Mom's side of the family with all the Heart issues to be able to one day find out for sure will be really worth it all.

Well as you well know from my other discussions with things that happened this was not the cause of the problems. I have other Tests I had done that could be more of the root of the problem, and just waiting for my insurance to approve everything. Sometimes it can be a Frustration while knowing God is in control.

A wound not healing correctly or in a normal time can be a sign of you know what. The abnormal vein sounds alittle scarey. I do hope the test on July 1 come out clear and good. I will send all the positive energy I can your way. Sunshine and good food would be a plus right now.

Well as you know they know it was not a vein there that was in trouble. It is actually another vein that is causing problems and could be causing some of the Chest pain, etc. All I know is the wounds are getting better but have a ways to go. Just be glad when I can really look beyond all of this.

Hiya KH, Does that mean it´s not so bad after all or you still don´t really know yet? Okay you are probably not out of the Woods yet but if they have found what could be wrong I have seen them "fix that up" on the Television here as if it´s nothing really. You have my best wishes and thoughts for that leg to heal as it sounds a bit stubborn to close up does´nt it? xxx

Well, since I started this discussion a lot of other Health issues have presented themselves to where I found out this to be nothing really to worry about and there is other things now out there waiting for approval from my Insurance company. Just wish they really knew 100% what it all is so they can find ways to fix it to where I can move on with my life a little more.

Hiya KH, Oh that is much better news then it does seem that things are working out better for you in a way. I mean it seems like it´s not serious but perhaps bothersome yes. Anyway they will find the right treatment for that I am sure. Hope things sort themselves out some more with your insurance company and all those things you need sorting out soon.xxx Take care Tina. xxx

I do hope the treatment will be effective, will be thinking of you and praying that G-d will guide the doctors and give them wisdom. I hope and pray for a complete recovery as well. July 11th for an ultrasound is kinda far off, perhaps you can also request to be put on a cancellation list in case you can get in sooner? Best wishes to you

Well, the week that they really wanted to do it was July 4th, but since that is a Holiday they are waiting until the 11th. If I was to continue to feel bad I would be insisting on something earlier. I think part of the problem was I had an infection going on as well and waiting to see what becomes of all of this too.

I am glad that it is nothing too serious. I will be praying that the results of the other tests come out good also. I hope you do find a way to stop your chest pains.

Well, personally I think some of the problems with some of the Chest pains I have been having on and off are due to some of the medications I have tried taking over the course of time. Then there is the problem with Stress that seems to make the pain worse, etc. It could be something like a blocked artery, or one starting to close which might require surgery, but no matter what, I know God is in control.

Sweetie, you have my prayers! You've always had my prayers and just like you said, God is in control. He's going to see you through this one way or another. Just remember that and you'll be just fine. Ok? Keep doing what you're doing with the doctor's visits and eventually you'll get your answer. I'm sure of this.

Sounds pretty good to me and the fact that he didn't rush you right into the test is a good sign also. When Hubby had his problem they didn't let him get off the bed just rushed him right into surgury for a 5 part bypass. That was over twenty years ago and he's still going strong for 75.

It sounds like your hubby got really lucky. I think I would be really scared if they rushed me into the test. I know the first time I had cancer (2003), the doctor treated me for a urinary tract infection and didn't address the problem I went to see her for (waistline getting bigger for no apparent reason). She told me if the problem didn't get better in a week to come back and they would do more tests. A week later, I went in again and they decided to do a cat scan, but it took either 1 or 2 weeks to get that scheduled. She called me in after she got the results and they had found a growth there and she said the radiologist recommended an MRI because he couldn't see the ovaries (the scan was only of the abdominal area). That scan was scheduled in a matter of days and I got the results back much quicker. Long story short, I was scheduled to see a gyn a week later and that same afternoon I was scheduled to see a gyn/onc and was scheduled for surgery a week later to remove a large tumor (18cm x 16cm x 12cm). I hope your hubby continues to do well! Have a great week!!!

Thanks for the update and I will continue praying for you. I hope it all gets settled soon as I know going from doctor to doctor and uncertainty to uncertainty can wear you down quickly. Just know that we are praying!

I will definitely keep you in my prayers because I truly believe in the power of prayer. Since Tom as diagnosed with Hodgkins a couple months ago, I've learned that there are a lot of people from near and far that are praying for him and that brings a lot of comfort to me. I think that all of the people that are praying for him is a big part of the reason that he has done as well as he's done with his treatments to date.

I am glad the test didn't show a major problem. July 11th is a long time to wait. It is typical of how the health system works. They make an appointment right away, and then another that you have to wait for. I hope that test comes out okay also.

I am so glad some of the things have happened like they did, even if it ended up being more expensive but at the same time now with what they found out with my leg, I think I could have maybe avoided some of the charges and such if I could have had my leg evaluated first. Makes you wonder what is Best?

Hi Tina, Most definitely my friend the prayers are continually and hoping not serious is there and or something they attend to and alleviate the chest pain. I sorry you have to wait until July 11th for the ultrasound, wow that seems like an eternity but let us hope the time flies right on by so that this can be something of the past and not a continual daily worry.

Thanks so much my friend for your Prayers. As you know from all the other updates that there is still a lot more coming as to my Health and the situation with my leg, etc. but I know in time I will feel like a Newer person as well. It has been an uphill battle and I appreciate everyone's thoughts.

Hello KrauseHome, I will have to agree that God is good ALL the time. Even if you wish things could be better, God is still in control. I don't really have chest pains but I do get those butterflies in my chest that get to flapping around and they make me anxious. So sorry to read you have fibro.. I hear that is very painful.
