Yes, this would be against the Terms: http://www.mylot.com/o/terms.aspx "By using the myLot services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information;" "You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party." You did not get a reply from MyLot because they have long had a general policy of not replying to queries which are covered in the Terms, Guidelines and FAQs. This is not always the case but, if you do not get a reply to a query, this is normally the reason.

The Terms also say: "Entering false country information for the purpose of avoiding the OFAC list is grounds for immediate account termination with a loss of all accumulated earnings."

I'm afraid that there is no solution. You can still enjoy MyLot, however, and your earnings will accumulate (provided you log in at least once every 90 days) until such time as the restrictions are lifted for your country.

I am new myself. But I don't see any reason why you couldn't set the payment details to your friends. From what I have observed mylot only asks for a paypal adress. Perhaps try contacting mylot again. Good luck and I hope you get this issue resolved.

It is strictly against the Terms to enter false information (for example, the incorrect country information), to use another member's account or to share a password so that another member can use your account.

My sincere apologies. It appears that those more knowledgable than me have answered your question. It looks like you are on here for the love of the site rather than earning from now on. I hope that doesn't cause you to leave. Again my apologies for giving you false information x

Its hard to say anything definitely on this. You are definitely not crossing any terms or conditions here and even morally its okay. The thing is mylot admin is usually too occupied to pay attention to things like this and hence you didn't receive any response from them. Well, I'll say keep discussing and then go for it. Just make sure that the payment details can be altered at the required time. Would love to see more of you here. Cheers.

Don't worry friend mylot will transfer your earnings to your paypal account when you'll reach minimum payout. I don't know paypal pays to your country or not but i know that anyone who is member of mylot will be paid (transfer to paypal)independant of country he lives in. And now whole responsibility is of paypal to transfer your earnings. You can ask directly to admin of mylot here. Www.mylot.com/goaskalice first send him friend request, he'll accept it and then send him message regarding your question.

Being a US company, MyLot is bound by the rules issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). This branch of the US Treasury forbids sending money to certain countries, whether PayPal is available to such countries or not. MyLot's Terms (which everyone agrees to on signing up) clearly say: "Entering false country information for the purpose of avoiding the OFAC list is grounds for immediate account termination with a loss of all accumulated earnings."
