Personally I find channel has the most programmes that I wish to watch or ITV 2, with reality TV Shows. Channel 4 is good for comedy programmes, sitcoms and drama. Problem is on my little mini portable tv I dont get good reception, even when plugged directly into an outside ariel point :( I can however pick up good signal on ITV 3 and film 4 which is good for catching an evening blockbuster.
