I just love eating boiled carrots because of health benefits I can get from it. But in the past, I have to stop eating carrots for about three months because, yes just like you said, I developed this disease called Carotesis, I was horrified to see my fingers and arms turned yellowish! So I stopped drinking pure carrot juice and eating boiled carrots. But now I am back taking carrots but not too often, I just eat twice a week.

Every thing we eat now have hidden diseases that was not known before and only now that we're coming out because of recent studies. I am just curious, if those foods are bad and those things can harm us, why did God let us to have them? I think it is a matter of knowing things late that we learn our lessons. But until nothing is known, we have all the time to enjoy all of these things and foods!

That is very interesting, very informative. Thank you for the information. I do not eat carrots often, but now that I have the information, I should be cautious about it. One other warning I had got before is that carrot is classified as a root, and eating roots is aggravates gaut. People who have gaut problem should not eat carrot. What do you think ?

Hi, there..
It's really nice to know these facts. I haven't think of this. That vegetables can also be harmful to us.
I am thinking, how a person would look like if he/she gets the disease. Hehehe.. If avatar characters are blue, and then persons with carotesis are orange, what should we call them? Hehehe.. Just kidding.. lol
Seriously, we must take into consideration the effect we will get from eating or drinking too much of something. We must always consider that "too much of something is dangerous." We must have a balanced diet to stay healthy and live longer. :)
