Is this camera good, GE x500?

Got my second camera GE x500. From I've understand and in layman's term, it is a bridge type of camera with an SLR look (but it is small) and also has some features just like a DSLR. It has a 15x zoom capability and has a stabilizer option (though it is still shaky even when turned on). The price is very cheap, you could buy 3 or 4 of these on the average price of DSLRs out in the market. I can't find some good reviews of it in the net. For me, since I am just a beginner in this area I cannot say that this cam is good or not. Well, I've seen some pros and cons of it. How bout you guys?
