what if you are in a difficult environment and in fact you do not want in the neighborhood but something urgent you need to be the best in the neighborhood?

Hi there.
For me, it depends in the situation. If something really happened and I can't take it with myself, Of course I need to seek some help with the neighborhood. There's nothing wrong in there. That's the use of neighbors, to help or to be friend with their neighbors.
