Help me figure this out....

Im going to get a bicycle from kmart so that I can get around on it, it'd be healthier, less expensive, and something I want to do. The one I like is $88.88, I'm goign to put it on layaway. I want to get it before September, but I just don't know that that is possible unless I can find some site that will give me a lot of money in a short amount of time and is legit. NO that does not mean I want ref links, I want SUGGESTIONS.
I need this bike so that I can go out more and look for a job OR if I get the job that I applied for, so that I can get to and from work a lot easier. I will also need a bicycle lock, I don't know how much that would cost but I assume it'd cost $20.00. I already have a helmet. I plan to put it on layway and put about $25.00 down on it atleast. I want to get it out by September, so that means two months, I'd primarily be counting on money I earn online so theoretically I will need to earn $66.00, $33.00 each month. Am I crazy or is this possible people?
I need motivation, inspiration, anything to help me out here. I feel so stressed, like a big ball of stress. I have friends birthday's coming up, but im going to have to tell them I love them but just can't buy them anything.
What would you do? Does this sound good?

I know most importantly for you first is getting in the frame of mine that what you do here will get you some money... I know like TLLD said, if you work hard here you can get $10! Also, I do not know if you have looked at mturk yet, but that might be a good option for you. You either cash out $1 to Amazon or $25 to your checking account. I know $25 seems like a lot, but if you work hard on it you could easily make $10 or more in a single day as I have so I know it is possible! You know where I'm at if ya need more options or to talk more... lol

I actually MIGHT use the amazon portion on that and get a bike lock and other bike accessories I might need from there. I think maybe a horn, and if I can find some sort of attachable water bottle thing? they don't make bikes with the water bottle rack anymore, so If all else fails it's duct taped to the handlebars... YEA going down the road redneck style! lol.

Yeah well in the summer I'd have a RED neck lol.
Yeah I'm going to look at bike accessories there now, I already have $5.00 so that atleast covers the shipping. I'll be getting on mturk in a little while.

I think a layaway at K-mart is only $5 to start and then whatever you can afford from that point. I think for up to three months. you could probably get a cheap lock for $15. Do you can any gift cards you could use? SOme you can exchange on Mypoints. If you got one for K-mart that could help.
Sure, its possible! Cash in all your money and get it. Work hard on here and your other sites. It will add up if you keep your focus. Good luck!

I am going to be working extremely hard for it. I know layaway is like $5.00 but I want to put as much down on it as I can, if I can't put $20-25 down on it, I'll put what I can down on it.
I don't have any kmart gift cards, not sure that I could get any online either, or if I could if it'd be in enough time. The $88.88 is already discounted from a discount card I'll use, I know an employee.

A good down payment would be good. I just thought that if you had any gift cards or sites where you were near payout you might be able to exchange them for a K-mart gift card at Mypoints.com.

Right now there are some Sharon Bucks tasks up, and they pay when MyLot pays so that would beef this site up. I earn on SideTick and I earn on Gather. Neither of them is fast or reliable, and that is what you need. I have money in Microworkers, but I do not know how fast they pay. MTurk is a good option. Text Broker if you like to write is a good way to go as well. I think getting a bicycle is a good start for you. It will let you get around a lot faster. Good luck girl.

I was considering the sharon bucks tasks to see what I could do. I think some are like $4.00? Atleast one I saw the other day was. I'm not too good with articles but I'd do what I could and hope to get it accepted. Luckily I have cashout here already, if I don't have $25.00 by next month on the 15th, I'll just take what I do have to get the bike put on layaway. I'm determined though, and by September I WILL have it.
I'm on minuteworkers, like microworkers, I need to work harder on it, I think they're cash out is $10.00 and I have like $1.00 there so nine more to go.

Yeah well freecycle MAYBE, not quite sure. It's not too expensive for a bike lock really... and as long as I don't go places I can't trust the bike until I can get a lock.. I"ll be alright.

I'm not certain which sites you're on, but some options are: ChaCha, Gather, Swagbucks (cashing out for PayPal), MyPoints, RedGage, and Sidetick (some people love this one, but it's one I easily forget). I see that someone else mentioned Mturk, which is another legitimate one.

I am on all of those, just don't use them all that much. I am sort of close to sidetick but it seems it's harder to earn there now. what earns you on sidetick anymore?

You have to think of a good lie in order for you to keep the money for your bike. I think they'd understand it, though, so you don't really need to get yourself stressed too much.

I won't lie, I'll just tell the honest truth. I have two friends that will understand, another that probably won't but oh well she'll get over it. That's just the way I feel about it, I have to better myself, first.

That's better, then. You'll be better off telling the truth than lying.

Here's an idea. Why don't you ask your friends and neighbors if anyone has a bike they are not using. I have people wanting to give me stuff all the time. Someone gave me a bicycle but I gave it to someone else as I prefer walking and now working on running. Remember: ask and you will receive!

First off, I also recently just got a bike so I could just ride to work, so I think that you getting a bicycle is a good idea.
And it's great that K-mart still has lay away, so it just makes it easy for you to get it.
Now, in terms of motivation: I could always write down some great words for you here that could help motivate you. But instead, I will just take a mental note to respond to all your discussions (and look for you in my discussions), so that I could help raise that needed amount through participation here on myLot.
Goodluck!
