Here I am going to discuss the stance that I use to fight with. Now one thing that I would like to say is that you will not always be able to get into your stance before the fight begins. But a stance is a good starting and reference point to start with. Now you should practice both with the stance and with out the stance. You should start off with the stance first, then move on with out a stance. Now to start off put your feet shoulder width apart. Then turn your body at a 30 degree angle. Turn your lead foot inward at a 30 degree angle. Turn your left foot inward at a 30 degree angle and raise your heel and inch off the ground. Next put your rear hand 6 inches in front of your face and below your eyes. Now put your lead hand 6 - 8 inches in front of your rear hand below eye level.
