Hello Lotters, Oh, yeah here we go again. Time flies by indeed when he first won as the President of the country since 2010. frankly I still hated him during those times, but after a year life just have to move on. I laughed with much ridicule when I hear and read comments and statements of some regretting their vote to the President. oh, there goes to those who was in cloud nine because they think they are strong in yellow. http://www.keywordspeak.com/2010/10/president-noynoy-sona-2011-pnoy-sona.html But that's not my problem anymore. things are slowly turning around in my end. we have move on though. I believe there are problems that can take few solutions to be solved or Years to be solved. In any case, our people will remain "impatient" and continuously complaining instead of being part of the solution. I think it's a LONG ROAD that we have.... it's on July

That seems to be impossible at this point. GMA behind bars, GMA still has parliamentary immunity so definitely not soon enough. @letran me too I don't have a single clue hahaha.

Personally I think it's God, then the people and leadership comes only third in determining whether a nation would be great or not, again it's my personal opinion friend so I do not give much thought to Sonas. Sonas although having some vestige of truth into it is not an accurate gauge as to the real or true state of the nation and could be interpreted in many different ways depending on who is listening to it.

Hello Louievill, I am not sure of that thinking GOd first but I do believe that we can also pray for him to make our country better. Same here, i don't give much tought about it, It's really something that people should be doing individually. It's like a report of a staff giving to his boss, in this scenario the boss is actually us. have anice day.

hi friend, God is the primary factor that determines whether a nation would be great or not ( at least that's what i believe in but i respect people who who think and believe otherwise), people comes second to me, then the leadership. Here's some scripture to ponder upon and I had come across. 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Again it's a personal belief, yeah have a nice day , I mean a pleasant evening

Hi LK! First, am glad to see your discussion here. I was thinking to start a discussion about the same topic. Anyways, forget that discussion and let me just place my thoughts here. I was watching the news a while ago, as usual. That is part of the routine even when I am still working. I heard and seen some people complaining this and that, commenting here and there about PNOY's administration. Honestly, I did not vote for him because I know it's too early for him. However, I saw his courage and persistence to make a "CHANGE" and to stop "CORRUPTION". Certainly, the present situation cannot be changed overnight and 1 year would not be even enough. Even the most intelligent person cannot change the situation for a year or so. Who can change a country when even before the time he seated as a President, he already has a big and heavy burden to carry? What a selfish mind people have that they need to put all the burden to the President? If we need change, it has to start from us. If we want to have a solution to the problem, we have to be part of finding a solution and not add to the problem. I agree with you. We are so selfish indeed that we rely so much to the government. Darn to those people who always complain and do nothing than complain and complain.

Hello Maean_19, Oh, am sorry I didn't think you were planning to say the same but I just can't help showing my comments and views on this matter. For me, I didn't vote for him because he didn't have the niche for strong leadership and command or organize his best men. he organize his best people depends on he can trust and not because they're the best. thank you for you're time and have a nice day

Personally, I am not a Pinoy fan but I also not criticize him if our country is still down. My thoughts are like this, if Pinoy doesn't cheat or steal on our country then it's ok for me. If ever in the future, someone stood up and told every one that Pinoy did cheat and has his version of "Hello Graci" scandal, then that's the time I will criticize him and "I AM SORRY" on a pres-con is not enough. lolz. The only thing I hate is I have a duty that is located at San Mateo and I lived here in Commonwealth, I think they are closing the road in Batasan and that really sucks coz that is the only road I know to get on my work.

Hello nytrisco, I am not a Pnoy fan either because Ibelieve he didn't have enough executive experience to get the job done. I believe the cheating is not illegal, it was very very sad that the media got themselves involve in the process.you know their indirect campaigning for Noynoy and false negative campaign against other candidates.

We have no long road. But our country is democratic. So our president is depending on many parties. It is hard to concentrate on the whole country.

We do have the long road ahead but I guess our dear president should have expected it when he was campaigning. He knew that he's going to be the target of people when their interests and concerns are not met. Frankly, I was thinking of commenting on his last SONA if I'm to gauge his performance. Giving him a yearly update or poke in the eye seems not to work. Anyway, people keep insisting that he still have time left. I wish he will use that time in productively and try his damnest. People are going to judge and, as said in the forums, he's not perfect but he's in a position of power that's why he's different from us. I think that we put too on him and in his end, he biting for things that he cannot chew. It's different giving promises and hopes if one cannot deliver. People who expect too much will get disappointed anyway. At least, let's hope that he won't pull a fast one on us. Heaven help us. We been through enough hells, methinks.

Hello Jeanne, I believe Nothing is yet done in his last SONA because he was still in the Campaign stage. it's too early knowing that we are slow, and the government is slow. he's no different from us, but if we are in his shoes i doubt we can have a chance to make it better since it's all pressure on them. I think it's we can help ourselves and heaven has nothing to do with it, our challenges is part of our experience being a filipino.
