It's really delicious, I love it and I invented after many tries.
Everyone makes tofu the wrong way, the water has to be taken by pressing it with a towel for at least an hour and heavy weight on the tofu.
So take the water away or it won't be delicious indeed.
Make a mixture of little olive oil, vegan margarine, salt and put in the microwave just to melt the margarine. I put a little water so this is what it will make the tofu suck it up again.
After one hour take the towels, the tofu must be dry. Put the mixture and marinate for a day or half a day.
And then take out the freezer, put in a fry pan and saute it until it's really dry and a little hard. Low heat so it doesn't burn, it will take a while. Until the water is all gone, until the surroundings of the tofu actually looks like eggs.
It's amazing, you can put oregano over it or parsely.
It's really good and do not harm chickens. The egg farm is nazzism, a very, very sad reality. Just look it up in google and if you have a heart, you'll see.

I am not a fan of Tofu so I will not be trying this one sorry, but if you like Tofu then it sounds good. I do not believe that Tofu is very healthy. A small amount every now and then is OK, but too many vegetarians and vegans rely on it too much.
I am not a fan of factory farmed eggs either as I know how cruel they are, but I believe that eating eggs from someone who lets their chickens roam free is better health wise that eating Tofu. I have a few different friends who have chickens living freely. I would eat their eggs before Tofu but I have no absolute need for either really.
