Hello Lotters,
I was merely reacting to the survey that TV Patrol posted recently. The survey Poll was about "Filipinos learned from the recent Typhoon's with regards for it's preparedness. Survey results more people believed we didn't learn from the mistakes of the past typhoons, I don't agree with that.
The People from the Province have prepared themselves alright but the storm was just too much. well, maybe they were still some hard headers there but they did their best to prepare themselves. the problem is the province's infrastructures. Most specially when it comes to their drainage and Pipe Infrastructures are not present to divert floods from going some where. as for the NCR - people's discipline (throwing trash) and lack of larger sewer tunnels that cause the floods in the first place.
Counties like Japan experience the same thing but they have sewer and pipelines that divert the waters from flooding their cities, same goes with their provinces. the only flood that has gotten through them was the Tsunami (after earth quake).
I wish some day corruption will end so that future infrastructures will be built to protect the provinces.
Comment you later.2 responses

hehehe as you can see our local government engineers are much better, our road ways are far away advanced, because it is also serves as flood ways not only for cars and maybe bankas as well, we don't need anymore pipe infrastructures. hahahaa. get it, get it.
