Fear as an element of survival stimulates us to get rid and hide from threats that might come into our lives. In some ways it can serve as warning signs for people not to get hurt in some situations. That is fears good side.
The bad side is when anxiety attacks us. When chronic anxiety produces physiological effects in our body by responding to stress, these repeated episodes are thought to be associated with colds, flus, warts, impotence, and according to some research, cancer.

Personally I think it really depends on how a person tries to look at things, and what is going on in their life to bring that Fear to them as well. It many times can be a warning sign of something that they are not supposed to be doing, and then there are many times it is due to lack of money, or a Health situation like with me, and not knowing where everything will end and how long it might take to get there.

I can understand you. I am also having the same fear. My first pregnancy was okay and now I have a low lying placenta and hoping that it goes back up as the baby grows bigger. I am lucky it isn't grade III or I might not get the chance to even get up to pee. Some they say needs diapers to totally lied down. And I am so afraid of having C-section. I wouldn't want that. Let us just all hope that everything for us will be fine. Let us just have faith in God.

Fear! I think that it is right to say it is both a good thing and a bad thing, the trouble i find, when experiencing fear, is know which it is.
when i can feel myself getting the sort of stresslike symptoms associated with fear I now try to find out what is causing them, as sometimes the fear comes from some past forgotten event, which i fear repeating, and sometimes its just fear of the unknown. sometimes, of course, it is a perfectly rational response to something that anyone would be right to fear.
its deciding which it is that is the difficult bit, i find.

I also feel the same. I am so scared that I might die of a young age when my daughter is still young that even a simple dizziness can cause me to get nervous and making me restless in the night. But it is good to know that you trying to know what causing your fear. That is very important because at least we could correct it. I guess let us just try to relax and believe that things will be fine. I am sure it will be. Let us just be healthy and try not to get these things affect us.

Fear can either break or make a person. We always have a choose. Do we want to give up because of fear or do we want to conquer this fear.

I think in my case fear is a negative quality.Because in fear I make very simple things complex. And I have the tendancy to have fear in most of the things in life.It is only the quality of fearlessness that is needed to overcome the difficulties of life.
