No classes during typhoons- a wise decision!

Here in the Philippines, we are always getting too much typhoons but the Department of Education can't moved the opening of classes from July to September because they say we cannot pattern the Education system of other country from ours. Besides, they say that we only have two seasons here not like in the US and other countries that they have four. But it is a sacrifice for the students that they go to school even when the rain is falling too hard and they get to school all wet and gone with the floods on their way to school. I hope that our government will give full attention to this...
