Visualize the Future

Visualize the Future if you want to be something or someone important, visualize it. What do you really want to be 5 years from now? 10 years from now? If you don't start with a vision and a goal, you're going to be stuck in a rut. Once you see yourself as someone, get down and dirty and do the hard work. Visualize it and become it.

I could not be bothered lol. I just take it as it comes and I am happy with that. A 5 or 10 year plan sounds too much like work

it is if you really think about it. but then, have you noticed how time flies by? 5 years isn't too long if you have a plan. and so is 10 years. heck you can settle for a weekly, monthly, or annual plan if you think 5 or 10 is too long. but then i won't push it. :D

the zone: this approach is suitable for middle aged and aged people. If u do not have big plans, big problems are not there for you. nice.

I visualize what I want to be in the future but not very detailed. I think doing that really helps alot in my planning and in motivating myself to work for it.

Positive visualization is something people don't think about much. People are so fast paced they just don't take time for visualizations, meditations or any kind of spiritualism. They are too busy texting, playing video games or trying to reach the next level. Afew minutes spent in a spiritual frame of mind can get a person along way on several levels.

Visualization is the key. That's what I learned recently from one of my classes. If you can see it in your mind then you can do it.

chipsterkhan: This appears like a job interview. How do you see yourself? do you see yourself as a successful person? these are familiar questions. Of course these are relevant. We become what we want to become. If we imagine ourselves as King we may become King also. I am happy you have become a successful blogger. (I saw this in another discussion)

I agree with your view. I am just not disciplined enough to vusualise what I want even though I know what I want.
