discussion forum with blogger

Is it possible to made a discussion forum with blogger?
how to do that...can you suggest any good template for that?

I don't think so, no. It would be a forum then, not a blog. 
You could host them both on the same servers, of course, and interlink things but (off the top of my head) I don't think there's an actual forum plugin for any of the popular blogging apps.

yes it will be a forum..but i wish to use the free hosting service of blogger...so need knowledge and resources..

Isn't it when comments and replies to your blog post become more interactive, it becomes a forum? I have seen blog posts who have interactive replies at the bottom of the page that they looked like more of a forum than a blog site.
