I am exhausted but hyper today and I am not sure why. I've got to go into work, they just called me but I think after I get off of work I am going to buy some things i need and then come home and go to bed again. Or atleast relax. I've gotta be up early tomorrow, fun not fun! lol
Have you ever been exhausted but hyper?

Yes its just doing to much at one time in one day. What moms call multi-tasking.
if it just happens once in awhile you are fine. But if you notice it happening more frequently make sure its not anxiety or hypersensitivity.
There are so many things that can stress us out today our bodies work different ways for different people.
Come home and darken your room and try to just relax, slow deep breaths help turn on a movie that you love and just relax.

oh I think I know exactly why I am, and it's not that big of a deal for me right now. I'll just work through it. I was kind of wishing I didn't have to work, but at the same time I'm happy to do it. Now, I bet I'll go in and they'll ask me to stay longer then they said on the phone, as that's almost always the case.

Exhausted but hyper...
That's how I always feel on Friday afternoons. Specially if it's a payday. I know that I will get some bills paid, and that I could get some grocery shopping, and maybe do a little bit something with the kids.

Yep. I get that way alot of times. I always have so much to do and I always try to make the most out of every day and that makes me tired but also hyper to get it all done.

You have to rest. Being hyper means your body is still on the go but your mind isn't. You should consider at least sitting for half an hour or so and relax. This is to also release the tension and stress in you.

It may come when you are overly tired or have unresigned anger in the back of your mind. I think it is quite normal to be hyper for awhile after work. I used to be and it took some time to relax and then I would get tired. I don't know what causes this but it is pretty common.
