Right now I've found a proverb which I didn't know until now, but it's precious so I would like to share it with everyone who wants to read it:
"Only when the last tree has died
and the last river been poisoned
and the last fish been caught
will we ever realise we cannot eat money."
(Native American Proverb)
Is it really necessary to reach this limit to realize the importance we give to the money?

Yep, this is true. We value money so much that most of the time, if not completely, we forget that we only use it as a means of acquiring resources coming from nature, well mostly. We also use it to buy services but you know what mean.
Realizing that nature is really the victim here is the main idea. If we don't preserve it, we'll even run out of resources to make money.

Yep. If we don't realize what we have now is precious, we'll soon run out of it. Good thing there are movements and organizations operating against illegal logging and generally the destruction of nature. We should appreciate what they're doing and at least give them a helping hand if ever they needed one.

...and what will we human beings do when we only have the money, but there are no more resources to buy? You are right, nature is giving us almost everything we need.Once, I listened a proverb saying that we don't realize what we have until we loose it. Do we really have to loose the nature and all important resources until people wake up and wonder where it has gone to?

Of course, you're right. It's only one of different possibilities. But, are we really aware off? Hopefully more people think about those kind of results and try to avoid it. In my opinion, we have to unify our affords to fight against the desaster handling more responsible. The nature is a gift we recieved and have to take care of. Thanks for your post.

That's right, we already lost too many natural resourses and wild. Hopefully I could say it's still not too late to stop the damage we continue doing to our world. We cannot recover what we already lost, but we can at least try not to loose that we still have.

hi,
for me, this proverb tells that money is not the answer in every thing, that money cant buy every thing such as happiness and contentment in life,in that proverb tells me that time will come that money will never ever needed and answer to live, and aside from this dont give to much value on money and look around to see the most worthy things in the world.
