Well, now I can say that I have gone through all the phases of love up to the end of it. Based on this, I would like to advise lovers of the world to get benefits of my bitter experiences, not to be or make broken-hearts like me. 1. When you are in love, don't take it for granted, but keep on cultivating it with all your efforts. There is no limit of depth of a love. 2. Don't look outside for more love, but take interest in deepening your only love. 3. If you know that your lover/beloved gets hurt by some thing particular, take utmost care to avoid that. Love, lover, beloved are very delicate things to be handled very carefully. 4. When you realize that your partner is hurt, say sorry immediately and decide never to repeat the act again. Saying 'sorry' and really feeling it in love is not a defeat but a victory for you for your contribution of keeping the love intact. 5. Don't delay a patch up in the relationship but hasten it, not your loved one feel hurt for long and go away from you, even for moment. 6. Love is a product of emotional sensitivity. Persons with this natural gift are easy to agree and easy to get hurt, even with little provocations. Take care of your love, you can't get anything more precious than this.

He might be ok with it as long as you don't call him 'Dr. Strange Love'

Wonderful advice and I would say 'pick your battles' and don't let the really small petty stuff annoy you because in the scheme of things they are just not imprtant.
