Wasn't long ago, when news of an Apple staff lost the iPhone4 prototype at a bar while drinking before the actual launch, when we are hearing another somewhat familiar news for the iPhone5 prototype. Other than wondering if the same staff is involved, I could not help wondering if this is some kind of a marketing gimmick and ploy but whatever it is I could not help feeling disappointed with the company's sense of security. Even if the intention was to conduct a field test on its quality and capabilities, the company should still be careful with letting out the product, especially when patent piracy is so rampant nowadays.
