Who has practice this in there every day life?
Let me be a little more clear. When you want something, do you in-vision yourself having it?
When you approach a challenge do you look at it negatively or positively?
These are just simple questions, but I believe everything is mind over matter, if I see myself having something each and everyday one day, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but one day I will have this desire.
If I approach things in a positive manner, it always seems to end positively, but if I approach it negatively that is how it ends.
What are your thoughts?
I know there is a documentary about this I watched, and at the present time I can not remember the name of it, as well as there is a book.

There are many books about positive thinking and visualization. Norman Vincent Peale was one who wrote and contributed to the "Power of Positive Thinking" which is also the name of one of his books
.
I have read many and I agree with the concept. Having positive thoughts in general is better and healthier than having negative ones.
