I recently joined a networking company called Momentum Kinetics. It only started in June 2011.
This was created by Mr. Jun Kintanar and Mr. Joey Marcelo, 2 of the top networkers in the philippines. In fact, Mr. Jun Kintanar is hailed as the Network King in the Philippines.
My decision to join was not what you'd call a voluntary one.
My Tita (Aunt) Sol called me up and asked to meet with me after work. I did not know we were going to a Networking Seminar. Had I known I probably would've still been stuck thinking about how to earn more. (I'm happy with my online earnings but then I have a number in my mind that I have to hit before the year ends)
So off I went and met her and almost dashed off when I saw it was a Networking Seminar.
I gave in to her plea and decided "what the heck, I'm already here, I might as well listen."
I'm probably one of the biggest network haters around because of the way networkers seem to fool you into joining.
When the presentation started they immediately asked if I wanted to earn money. The audience replied with a resounding yes. I remained silent.
The speaker then asked for everyone to listen with an open mind. I opened it slightly.
And then I opened it wider when they talked about products to sell. When you're going into a business, you have to have something fast and easy to sell. Otherwise, you're only fooling yourself and you're just making yourself a part of a Pyramid scam.
The presentation of products went on for more than an hour since they explained what the products were and the benefits you could get from them and how to sell it. I forget that it was a networking company.
I grew excited over the products to sell. I sat glued in my chair, agreeing whenever the speaker asked if I could sell it or not. The audience agreed loudly, but I think My voice still broke through the din.
I reached for my wallet and counted if I had enough. Yep. Definitely joining.
And then they presented the networking part, which probably took about 30 minutes only, half the time of the presentation of products. I thought "Here we go... networking sheesh!" I placed my wallet back.
The networking side of Momentum Kinetics will earn you more money in a faster way because you are leveraging your money through distributors as well. I was pleased to find out that I don't need to get any more people to sign up just to earn money. Just being a retailer will afford you the same discounts as a distributor.
Needless to say, I joined up. As a Distributor.
I Took a gamble and handed in my last money Php 5000.00.
I received a distributor's pack with 30 retailer cards which I could sell for 200.00 each.
I currently have no more retailer packs, a couple of distributors about to sign up.
My Php 5000.00 gave a me a return of investment within a couple of days. Php 1000.00 is not bad if I might say so.
I'm part of the network now and all I have to do is find people willing to change their lives. I'm currently selling the retailer packs of my Aunt and I hope as soon as my Distributors sign up, I'll be selling it for them too :D.
September 9, I'm handing in my resignation as a Contact Center Manager to take on the new title of Full time Networker. Oh yeah!!!
Thank you Momentum Kinetics! Thank you Jun Kintanar! and Thank you Joey Marcelo!
I now have freedom in my sights and I'm about to grab the reins and take control of my destiny.

Your still 4,000 in the minus. The way i see it is the guy who had the seminar was the one making money, not from networking but from getting people to pay him.

I can't even imagine what it would be like to be a networker. I think if I was young again i would take some journalism classes but not sure about networking. I wish you well in your indeavors and hope that it all goes well for you. Being a manager you had a good job and I hope you aren't sorry for the change.
