About the goggles

Are you using Speedo? It is actually normal that goggles will fog. The only thing you can do is to wipe every now and then. Unless you can wear it tightly to avoid the fog.

Place your goggles in a case when not in use. Place your goggles with the lens-side up when you set your goggles down. You can also use an eyeglass spray, the one you use in sunglasses, to clean your goggles. Use a soft cloth and not a hard cloth to clean them. Purchase an anti-fog spray solution. Do not use glass cleaners because they contain ammonia that damage your goggles anti-fog treatment.
