So while I think Ashton Kutcher is a funny actor, I don't know how much I was expecting from him for the new season of 2 1/2 Men. I thought the beginning of the show was awful...I was repulsed by the funeral scene. Not funny... As soon as Ashton Kutcher entered the show it became funnier. I think he brought a clueless, goofy charm to the show. His first scene in the show was great, him standing outside the door, scaring Alan...Ahahahahahaha. I stopped watching Two and A Half Men a couple of seasons ago because I thought it was getting too vulgar and disgusting, and less funny. I'm hoping this new season will be different, maybe bringing in a more likable character to replace Charlie Sheen will make the show more "family friendly" again.

I watched it mainly to see how they were going to write Sheen out of the show and whether or not they would leave the door open to bringing him back in at some point. They definitely wrote him out of the show permanently and I thought, in a very funny way. It seemed a fitting end to Charlie. I thought the whole show was hilarious and continued it in the same style as it has been. I think the show will be just as much of a success with Kutcher as it had been with Sheen. Sorry Charlie!

LOL Yeah that scene when we found out exactly what happened to Charlie was one of the few ones that made me laugh BEFORE Kutcher showed up. Rose killed him for cheating!! AHhahahaha classic... I may watch a couple more episodes to see how Kutcher does...but if it stays as raunchy as it was before, not sure I'll continue to watch it. "He's a hugger." lol

This new season is almost as tasteless and vulgar as South Park. I can't believe that it's actually making the older seasons look like an almost-family type of show! LOL I'm going to keep watching though, because I've seen every episode already, and I would love to know what happens next. Fortunately there are no children in the household, so I don't have to worry about viewer descression.
