Cashout at Buxjunction

Does anybody here successfully cashout with Buxjunction with PIN no? I am having troubled cashing out my money cause of that PIN issue, I remember I already provide PIN and I only use one PIN no. so I will never get wrong. The following day I the PIN page is already there so I skip on that page cause I already provide PIN. Last week I've tried to cashout my money but the problem is I have wrong PIN code. I don't know what to do . Do you have the same experience with me? Please share.
