How do I get this

Hi friends,
I want some answers to the questions I am really stuck in -
1) Which is the latest version of WP?
2) How do I set the single user/writer to multi-writer along with the "register" option? Is there any plugin to do so?
3) Is there any plugin to count the unique views of a certain article? What I want is one article to be counted only once on a certain computer (IP Address) irrespective of the number of times the page is refreshed. If there isn't any plugin, is script the only option?
Please help me with these problems I am facing and they are frustrating me.

1. Version 3.2.1, available from WP here: http://wordpress.org/download/
2. There is no multi-writer option. Create the blog, go into the dashboard, look under "Users" in the list on the left. Send invites, set permissions, etc.
3. No idea - we talked about this before. Have you tried searching for one? I jsut went to WP.org and searched. This what you want? http://wordpress.org/support/topic/pageviews-plugin-ready
