A few days ago, I posted a discussion about my verbal fight with the dish network representative over the phone. I demanded to cancel my service as soon as the contract term was over. That representative simply play some mind trick to stall me not to cancel it. Things getting ugly when I gone impatient on the phone with him over the same conversation. I hung up on him.
I took the advice from others, and I used my sister cell phone to call dish network 1 -800 again, and this time a lady representative took care of me. She simply ask my reason to cancel this service, and I told me that I no longer watch satellite TV, and I have better option online. The process about 5 minutes, and she confirmed me that the service is cancelled, no longer worry about it. That is kind of service we need. I just don't remember the former rep's name, otherwise, I would definitely file a complaint against him. Anyway, I would want to submit a complaint on Better Business Bureau about Dish Network though.

Their service just getting worse and worse everyday, don't you think? With all the online service option, it is much cheaper than Satellite, I would rather watch movie, or television online than pay for those suckers.

That's good. Some reps can be nice and others can be quite rude.
