don`t you see the future of Frank lampard in chelsea?? i read in article about the rumour about lampard future in chelsea after Lampard left the bench during the match Chelsea versus swansea without permission of ANdre villaz boas.. Frank Lampard dikabarkan meninggalkan kursi cadangan Chelsea di tengah laga tanpa lebih dulu berbicara dengan Andre Villas-Boas. Sang gelandang pun santer diisukan bakal hengkang dari The Blues. it`s normally because lampar never play as starting eleven and AVB prefer to choose Meireless than Lampard.. Soccernet reported too that Lampard did not talk with his coach when come to player pitch Lampard is believed not listed in AVB plan because his age... But AVB refuse the news and said that Lampard is superb and fantastics player what do you think about this news??

adhyz82, To be honest, I am not a fan of Frank Lampard however, I do not feel that I am prejudice to say that his performance had not been up to expectation. For one, he does not take on his opponents in midfield and his distribution is nothing but mediocre which lacks foresight and penetration. As a result, the forwards have to fallback to take the ball and overworking most of the time. The coaches knew it and have been looking for a playmaker since time and it became so desperate that Ancelotti even tried Anelka in midfield to see if this Lampard individual could be replaced. The other disturbing fact that I see in Frank Lampard and the rest of the seasoned players in the team - is their bad brat attitude. Being one of the highest paying clubs in Europe, they not only have not been performing to the salaries they collect but have been nothing but a bunch of spoiled brats on the field. The walkout is just one of the tell tales just how much moral integrity and role model they hold.

No offense but records are just historical stats here. The important matter now is his current form and performance on the field. I am sure you will have to agree with his coach that his performance is far from satisfactory. So, it is only rightful that he start from the bench and/or be rested for the Europe campaign is still a long way from over. He should just eat his humble pie and wake up.

The speculation began because Lampard has not started in the last 3 of the 4 matches. He still has not won the heart of AVB. So with his position in the starting line up not confirmed, Lampard is feeling a bit unsettled. But it is too early to state that Lampard's future at Chelsea is under doubt. I would want to see a few more matches and may be by December it would become clearer, if AVB prefers to use Lampard or not. Cheers! Ram

maybe...but it can be realized when AVB had many options in midfielder.. he can use Juan Mata as playmaker or deep playmaker not like now winger..and maybe use 3 pure forward like Lukaku, Drogba, Anelka and Torres... and maybe he can use too another winger like Malouda...and juan mata can be playing as playmaker in central midfielder... so it`s normally when lampard frustrated

Lampard's future is uncertain in chelsea because he's old now. He's no longer in the prime, running around in midfield, holding the strings or trying to score 20 goals a season. His tired legs are not as powerful like before so instead of using him, why not play a younger player who's more capable of creating goals as well as scoring goals? Lampard would be good as a sub since his experience will help to turn a game round.
